CLIENT: B5 SERVICES: COMMUNICATION & BRAND STRATEGY
B5 Learning Center had a story worth telling, but the community wasn’t hearing the full version. The organization was widely perceived as a small youth-focused refugee support program. Through discovery sessions, organizational observation, stakeholder interviews, and a comprehensive brand workshop, we uncovered a much larger reality. B5 was helping adults, children, youth, and families overcome language, literacy, and cultural barriers that affected everything from workplace success and healthcare access to confidence, belonging, and community participation.

GoodFun led the development of a complete Brand & Communication Framework, including mission refinement, audience segmentation, messaging architecture, fundraising strategy, storytelling systems, website recommendations, and long-term communication planning. Together, we shifted the narrative from who B5 serves to the barriers B5 helps people overcome. The result was more than a brand strategy. It was a strategic foundation for fundraising, storytelling, community engagement, and organizational growth.
