The Makery Experience: Denver
“Our moments of inspiration are not lost though we have no particular poem to show for them; for those experiences have left an indelible impression and we are ever and anon reminded of them.” – Henry David Thoreau

We led a diverse group of Denver’s makers and influencers to the beautiful Pawnee National Grasslands. There, they spent two days and a night exploring the prairie, drinking Prisoner Wine, fletching arrows, feasting, hot tubbing, discovering new friends and celebrating the bond between makers and the places they live.
“Great wine is an experience”- Jen Beloz
To showcase the spirit and ethos of each city playing host to The Makery Experience, we partner with local artisans, craftspeople, movers and makers who tap into the essence of what makes their towns great. Kate Kavanaugh, owner of Western Daughters Butcher Shop and Bre Graziano, founder of Fellow Magazine were partners in creating a premium camping experience on the unique and stunning Pawnee National Grassland.
